About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Laser Cosmetic Center as a Licensed Aesthetician in beautiful Kalispell, MT. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills will help enhance our clients' natural beauty.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microneedling.
- Consult with clients to assess their skin care needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and adhere to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques and products to provide the best service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Assist in retail sales of skincare products to complement treatments.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Valid state license as an Aesthetician or Cosmetologist.
- Proven experience in a clinical or spa setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, products, and treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for skincare and aesthetics.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.

Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
